Our Mission statement
Grace Fellowship exists to lead people into a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and to help them join God’s mission.
The mission statement of Grace Fellowship is derived from the final words of Jesus to His followers. These words are known as the Great Commission.
The Great
Commission
Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV) ...Jesus came to them (His disciples) and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Our Vision
As we grow in our relationship with God, we will join Him on His mission by:
Connect: Investing in relationships with people at all stages of their spiritual journey. (Matthew 9:10-13)
Grow: Connecting our hearts and lives to God’s truth. (2 Peter 3:18)
Serve: Giving our time and resources to participate in the function of the local church. (Romans 12:3-18)
Go: Extending compassion and working for justice. (James 1:27, 1 John 3:16-18)
Loving our community
We provide strategic avenues for serving our community to help each of us find our unique role in God’s mission.
This allows us to focus our resources for greater productivity. It will also provide ongoing opportunities for us to live beyond ourselves as a means of gaining a clearer understanding of our unique role in God’s mission.
